Banbury Choral Society Youth Outreach Scheme

We warmly welcome students (aged 16 to 25 years in full time education) who will automatically receive free membership to the choir. In addition, if they wish, they can audition for the Banbury Choral Society (BCS) Youth Outreach Scheme and once accepted, will be offered a small bursary to go towards any aspect of further musical education.

As a choir we feel it is important to support young people in their love of singing by helping them to improve their vocal technique and to experience singing with a large choir. Through the guidance and tutelage of our highly experienced conductor, Jonathan Kingston, they will learn a broad repertoire of music that will increase their knowledge of choral music and widen their vocal range.
